after I uploaded the recent 'traffic semis and buses pack' what was being a whole bunch of also organizing work I wonder which either already begun or new project I should proceed with, is it the Challenger Concept car I already updated with a new hood (see ibidem thread) and I want to also make a Pursuit version of or rather AJ's 90's Camaro for an overall rework and also make several Pursuit cars from or, what was my own personal objective, finally rework the '77 Fury to '75/'76 version and make some matching Police cruisers for the 'Bandit Run' game?

I am all in favor of reworking the Fury/Coronet first, then maybe the pursuit Challenger, and finally the Camaro.

@Dark One: you speak to me from the heart thought you guys were already fed up with the old irons .. besides that I do not really have an idea for a design concept for an 'NFS Addons PD' scheme for the Chally yet and additionally there weren't really made too many suggestions for that

@Geminiyo: I have for example a reworked F550 Maranello by Memphis and F1LM by uhhmm .. PomFrit(?) .. sry there were too many out there, have to look it up on the net first -LOL

Memphis' Maranello is reworked to a less polycostly version from 5115 polies of his original car down to 3870 polies and a decreased meshload of 702kB ..

.. as I already mentioned once, there are a lot of reworked cars in my 'collection' I have gathered through the years ..

@WiLL: pal I will not forget your different traffic tga's for the Duster but first have to get back to my own machine again you know because of that 'colour distortion thing' of my GF's old laptop ..

This McLaren is from CPD I think.

The McLaren originally didn't need any reworking, because it's one of the most economical cars ever built for NFSHS, in fact people usually complained that the car wasn't highpoly enough. Simply a superb work from CPD.

CPD's "other" best car is his 512 TR, which is also quite lowpoly. watzelm released an improved version, as the original had some bugged textures.

I recommend saving polies on the wheels whenever possible. Most of the cars for NFS with higher polycounts wasted details on the wheels rather than the rest of the mesh.

There were also poly monsters with excellent bodies, but wrong colors, no badges and lacking other small details... Such wasted effort.

thx for helping me out Zpectre, I didn't always keep all the readmes .. yes poly economy, that's the reason why I chose that probably I think I only corrected some normals and gave it a frontal ODL and tinted 'alpha channel' windows and rearranged some parts new that's all .. it was my son's favourite car when he was younger no wonder is fast as hell ..

Yeah I remember I had that Testarossa .. I think I even converted that to HP2 in those days ..

CPD is gone long ago, unfortunately. In the year 2013, watzelm released his version of the 512 TR based on CPD's car. No one raised an eyebrow, so it stayed.

Nice yea, Zpectre agree about them wheels, I'm thinking of another project to try out, after I test spin that Mco- mesh u mentioned, few days ago. See what I can Muster on it... ?)
Frank I don't um, Need any new Duster, paint yet I have the Lime green already in Traffic, Smoking down the road I see it coining A mile away is Great but I rather Pm. About any other, np.

Can the U.K. track be used at all in any other track in game? Or not. Cause its nice some can Switch, like summit an Snowy an work.

Well not a great thing to switch tracks mostly but remember the speed files must match (those can be exchanged by other ones) and, not to forget, will the AI cops work properly? I always test that before, just start a pursuit game and see if cops immediately start pursuing you (turn around and/or try to cut in ur way) or just let you pass by .. have that issue with 'Bergstrasse Special Edition' from BENV, I am using that sometimes as 'Germany' replacement track but was originally written as 'UK' replacement so cops wouldn't react properly ..

Yes, the Maranello is Memphis' and it is great replacement for the default EA one ..

Btw .. great choice by EA to have that wonderful classic Gran Tourismo in HS' car selection
