Clean Summer Snowy Ridge

(yes. it is General NFS. as long this work more NFS fun hours relatively).
hey hey. its first time i decide to make my own track, hke sorry Texturise my own one. Gotta say that even if got some exactly nice work in modelling of buildings (unreal engine), i still complete idiot in "t3ed" thnig. So i make decision to be cool and here is my 2 day of work. dont lie to me then b/c i know it looks nice before. Here is a screens after them i will ask for possible help.
   Notice that saturated (vivid) colors on the screens telling that this is temporary textures creaded for easy coordination. lately when its gonna be done. ill post source coordinates if you will decide to modified whatever you like on you personal desire. SCREENS:

So about help. as long as im idiot too. i want you to make some help (maybe idiotic too). I DONT know how to make modifications for Special Effects. Wanna say about too Bright, almost invisible genericly a sky (skybox) on Snowy Ridge especially. Next one is How to make/change "cold" atmosphere to a summer (warm). Also (this is 3d), how to remove Snow, and probably add Rain! Another fix required is that Snowy Ridge had a winter handling, mean road condition. Maybe another help too, i dont know so far, i hope soon, ill post here a track when it will be at final stage. After this of course ill really ask for open help from sombody who wanna do it (or not - Joke:)

Yeah, if I were you, I'd change the purple to a high-res version of the dirt texture from Route Adonf... and the blue roadside texture to a half-grass-texture and half-road-texture with some fringes so it looks realistic.

Other than that I love it! Is the track shape altered (it definitely looks like it)?

Here's how I'll try to help with your issues:
Special Effects: I think you mean "Polygon Flags" in T3ED, they let you decide whether your wheels kick up snow, dirt, nothing (asphalt), water, grass, etc. Press Alt + Enter when in Polygon Mode to access the polygon flags, make sure they are also Passable or else you will not be able to drive on them.
Sky: I think you should edit the texture file "sky.qfs" rather than "tr0.qfs", but at the moment I think the current sky in your screenshots looks great :)
I don't really understand what you mean as far as changing a cold atmosphere to warm; is this related to the sky textures?
Snow/Rain (Weather): Unfortunately I know nothing about weather editing... except I think "TrW.ini" is daytime weather and "TrNW.ini" is nighttime weather... they probably include values on which parts of the track receive rain/snow... and whether the track is a rainy track or snowy track. I recommend, if you DID change track shape, to pick those files off of an already-summer track (ex: Route Adonf) and edit so you get the rain where you want, or if you did not change the track shape and aren't planning to, then to figure out how to change the type of weather only and you should be set.

Sorry, I'm not very knowledgeable about track editing, but nevertheless I hope my guidance will help you ;)

Dont misunderstand.purple,magneta,blue,green etc it is temporary textures got imported for better coordination alaround. no track shape remains the same - this could do persons who can do it well usually. could be honour for me. So i definatly wont do any kind expirements with T3ED (not used to). Next. Sky-box could looks like on this pix - http://dl.dropbox.com/u/872327/SnowyRidge/csb.jpg so now you know why i saif this almost invisible on snowyridge track for the reason of too many cold(blue) light on the track - thats what i alled cold atmosphere, and i really wanna to someone fix after i will done with texturisation. Thx for explaination FerrrrariMan but you know what i mean.

Take a look of what ive make today. I spend too much time to make more-or-less good looking texture of asphalt. Later ill change leafs on the sides of the road to a grass color (as long as fur-trees cannot have yellow-Autumn leafs). Now you know that at begining i planed to make Autumn ambience.

Tomorrow im sure ill make changes for backsides on the road and perhaps in the tunnels if needed. Well-well there is still lot of small files that contain tr0.qfs, that i should make done, all hardest work already done. Lol i wanna to watch on this Track at night but so far i dont even touch night files.

After some time i just continue of finalising the track. Orange leafs on the road, backside of the road, and most of terriotory could be changed to a green or brown later. (its easy). After final tuning&colorising i bet this track will looks really cool.
