Don't worry about permissions, I tried to contact Sergi a few years ago to release an updated Angel Lake but he never answered. That Angel Lake I made is forever lost because I deleted it accidentally.

I usually put in the read-me the car's features, credits, and installation. And copyright © information of the game, that's always important.

I think maybe,you have to have Mikes Federal Agents,come to your House,and they have too search the track file's for SpyBots,and if all clean, then you can up`err. (I coulden't help that um k)
I never heard of a permission thingy before,well Mike or Remko,uasally Test out the Track how it runs,
