i dont know if anyone here knows anything  about nfscars.net but i just downloaded a ferrari f430 and i cant figure out how to get it on to my actual game its NFS MW  also i cant figure out how to use the MWTEX if anyone could help that would be great

next you read the instructions that came with the loader, and you should have no problems at all exchanging the cars.

Welcome
=======

You have just downloaded the world's first community created
custom car modification for NFSMW. It is recommended that you
read this readme file completely before proceeding.

In order to use this mod, you will require version 1.3 of NFSMW.
If you haven't patched your game at any time, you are still
running version 1.2. You can download the 1.3 patch from:
ftp://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/patches/nfsmwpatch1.3.exe

Run install.exe to install NFSMW Mod Loader and the Ferrari 360
Spider Mod. You can launch the game by using the "Need for
Speedâ,,¢ Most Wanted (Mod Loader)" shortcut on your desktop or in
your start menu under the regular NFSMW start menu folder. If
you launch the game with the regular "Need for Speedâ,,¢ Most
Wanted" shortcut, the Mod Loader will be disabled, and none of
the installed mods will be loaded. None of the game-related files
are replaced by installing this mod.

The Ferrari 360 Spider mod works by replacing an existing car
in the game. The car which the mod replaces is the Mercedes SL65.
To select this car, navigate to the "Bonus Cars" screen and
select it. If you do not have the Black Edition version, you may
be required to finish certain portions of the game before the car
will be unlocked. Alternatively, you can download a 100% complete
save game to use the mod.

Windowed Mode
=============

NFSMW Mod Loader uses a custom "d3d9.dll" file to perform its
functions. If you are using Loque's Windowed Mode Mod, the
d3d9.dll provided by Windowed Mod will be replaced by the one
in NFSMW Mod Loader. To re-enable your Windowed Mode you can
edit "modloader.ini" in your NFSMW directory and set Windowed
to 1.

Online Mode
=============

Online mode is disabled when running Mod Loader to prevent players
using Mod Loader to "cheat" in online games by using custom cars.
Please run the regular non Mod Loader version of NFSMW to use
Online Mode.

Known Bugs
==========

 CAN'T FIX
 - Speed breaker mode may not have any engine sounds.

 WON'T FIX (Minor)
 - The front headlights appear a little further away from their
   actual position. This was done to prevent a different bug.

Troubleshooting
===============

- "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)"

   If you get this error, it probabbly means that you are
   running Windows XP SP2 and have "Data Execution Prevention"
   enabled for all applications or enabled on the processor
   hardware level. You need to disable DEP for "speed.exe" in
   order to use this mod as certain code in the game needs to
   be dynamically modified for Mod Loader to work.

   1. Right click on My Computer, choose Properties
   2. Look for the "Advanced" tab and click on it
   3. Find the "Settings" button in the "Performance" section
   4. Select the "Data Execution Prevention" tab.
   5. Ensure that the first option is selected. If you want
      the second option to be selected, you can try adding
      NFSMW's speed.exe to the exception list.
   6. Click on OK.

ok got that to work thanks but now how do i get other cars into the game that i have downloaded?  because they dont have the instructions like the first one did any help AGAIN would be great

You put the F430's in place of the SL65's files. (yes, you will lose the SL65, make a back up of the originals)

i understand that i will lose the sl65  but i cant get it in the game

1>Make a new folder 'ADDONS' in your NFS9:MW directory.
2>In it again make a new folder 'CARS_REPLACE'.
3>Copy the files which is included in this package in CARS_REPLACE folder & make a new folder of the car it replaces..
5>Copy d3d9.dll & modloader to your NFS9 directory if it is included with the car u downloaded.
6>Right-click on your NFSMW Application from where you run the game, select "Properties" and in the "target" box add '-mod'.
Click Apply & OK.

i just feel so stupid when i use the WinRaR program do export files to or what? i hope you don't think i'm a dumbass but this stuff is still very new to me

don't worry it's alright... people are going to go through something like this some point in their life... keep asking...

winrar is basically a compressing program which... i think... is similar to a zip but compresses a bit more... now when you're finding those cars in a ".rar" format... download winrar if you haven't... right click on the ".rar" file and click "extract files..."

all the files will be extracted into a folder of the same name in the same location...

read post #6... should have what you want... but i haven't much experience on loading special cars into mw atm... but if i can get mw back on my comp... i'll try to help you out a little more.

If the other car replaces Mercedez SL65,then there is no option rleft for you rather than to remove the ferrari.
