Attachments now live!

Attachments are now live on the forums. There is still some work to be done (like making a preview thumbnail), but .txt, .gif and .jpg should be working smoothly, up to 500KB in size. Anything bigger than that won't be attached.

hey mike... problem... loaded a 1XX KB .gif file for my xlr thread... but AGAIN... it failed me. maybe this is just a problem that is happening to me... since no one else... i think... is having trouble uploading attachments.
