PSX/ PS1 request

Hello modding community i was hoping some one would assist in providing a mod for the PS1/PSX ver. of Highstakes

mod in question car engine sound change i want to change Mclaren F1 engine sound. the AI has a better sound (it sounds better to me)  so i was hoping to have that sound copied over the player version sound.  if this can be done please and thanks.
