Mercedes SLK230 / BMW Z3 Replacements?

Well I'm working on a new high stakes replacement set... which won't be out for a while, but I'm starting for a pack for slow PCs.

Does anyone know of a good lowpoly replacement for the SLK230 and BMW Z3? I am considering an Audi TT for one, but I would like at least cars of the same brand...

And I hope it wouldn't be made too long ago so I can still contact the author, otherwise I can't use the car.

Does anyone want to share what they use in their HS to replace those cars?

The only car I can think of at the moment would be Ben Trapp's Z3 M Roadster. It's class A, though.

Too bad he didn't make a Z3. I wonder if he'd let me modify the textures and performance down to Z3 spec.?
(that means if he approves, you're going to help me, right? :p)

mmm... there's Martin Leps' BMW Z4 the one that's in the EP 3, it's pretty lowpoly (4400 or so, I think)

Don't really have any better suggestions as I never really paid much attention to Z3/SLK's unless they were really high quality such as Iceface's SLK or Fivespeed's Z3 M Roadster, but those are obviously too high-poly.
Otherwise you'd end up with different brands such as many of Blo0m's cars for class B, or XJ220's own VW Beetle, for example.

@ Freak-DS: Thanks for pointing that one out, I came across it long ago but I am sticking to my poly-rule unfortunately. If I have too much trouble, I will start making exceptions...
@ Remko: Funny you say that, I'm currently using Martin Leps's Z4, but for some reason I wanted a Z3... I may just go with Blo0m's Miata, or a car that's not a Z3, Z4, or BMW.

Thanks for all your help, I guess I'll just use ML's Z4 if I can get permission from him, or something else.
