Tagline Changes

Hey, I hope this is in the right forum ... forgive me if it's not, I'm new to the forums here (didn't know about them for, well, over 2 years).

Does anyone know how to change the tagline of your profile? It's not in the 'Profile' settings for me.. like 'bucksavage' has his tagline as 'Poem Freak' which I'm pretty sure isn't standard. I'd like something other than 'Member', so please let me know
