ModLoader is deprecated and shall be replaced with Binary-based addons. People who used to make ModLoader mods back then have already moved to Binary and chose not to replace any existing cars (unless they're making a mod pack similar to NFSMW Brasil Anniversary Edition), as long as they're still making mods for their games.

I'm sorry, but why can't people have both options of binary or modloader in car mods? From what I heard, car mods can be created for modloader then converted into a binary version.

If anything, modloader cars are easier to install and uninstall, just by moving the folders to and from the ADDONS folder. To this day, I have no idea how to efficiently uninstall binary cars that don't have an 'uninstall' button.

ModLoader is the so called plugin that allows people to load replace car mods made with arushan's old NFSMW Mod Tools. These mods are not compatible with Russian version of the game or any game build modified with NFS-VltEd because ModLoader needs to patch the game's data from  original, non-Russian attributes.bin. After MWinside's discovery about adding new cars to the game without replacing existing ones, people started to make NFSMW addon vehicles, with their existence increased after the release of Ed The Car Dealer and later Binary.

ModLoader only patches attributes.bin on the fly, which means that after the game's main contents are loaded, ModLoader stuff is loaded afterwards, and data from ATTRIBUTES.MWPS is loaded to overwrite pre-existing data. Binary does NOT modify attributes.bin; tools that modify attributes.bin are NFS-VltEd and OGVI (a GUI for Attribulator). Binary can modify Global files, Frontend files, and textures, but not attributes.bin.

There was also RENESiS' GlobalEd, which is also deprecated. Patched data from GlobalEd can be used for RENESiS' NFS Mod Installer, which is, yet again, deprecated in favor of Binary and NFS-VltEd/OGVI having commands to copy and paste files. RENESiS' tools and any mods made with them do not work with current mods.

People asking for ModLoader mods, obsolescence of ModLoader and rise of Binary is the reason why I don't want to come back to ModLoader ever again.

YOU may not want to use modloader ever again due to its incompatibility, but there are other car mod creators like Thunderdrift and Yura Pimenov in playground.ru who still offer modloader options. Like I said, there is nothing wrong with creating a modloader car mod since the creator, if they are able to, can also convert it to a binary car mod and have both options available for people.

Also, rise of Binary? I appreciate your FWD car mods, but you haven't given answer to how to uninstall binary car mods efficiently. Some binary cars cause the game to crash immediately on execution, and when I try to uninstall some of their components, the remnants still prevent the game from launching and I end up having to reinstall a clean copy of the game.

While I like both modloader and binary in their own ways, I still have a bit of preference for modloader since there are cars in the base game I wish to replace, and only with modloader can you see the cars have modifications automatically applied to them in the bonus category and challenge series, which has its own charm.

For the solution of incompatibility of modloader with a VLTEd modified game, just have 2 separate copies of the game, and create separate profiles to be accessed for each (though you can still access the modloader profile with the VLTEd modified game) with ExtraOptions mod, problem solved.

my brother in christ, you wrote a WHOLE ASS WALL OF TEXT explaining why people should use A LITERAL TOOL FROM 2006 instead of reading a simple guide on how to install cars properly.

not only that but you used YURA PIMENOV/PIMAN as an example, the guy is pretty much a joke in every single community he gets in and is BANNED from almost every single NFS Server.

What about you LRF? Why do you upload some car mods in your showroom with no download link? I would love to experience some of the cars you show but I cannot find a download link for them whatsoever.

Also PedroBLR, to respond to your comment:

I apologize, I didn't know that guy was not liked in the community. But please don't focus on only a few points I am making in the wall of text. All I ask is that the tool from 2006 still be incorporated in mods alongside Binary since it still has its charm.

Ask for link and I will provide it, if it's not a private mod or deleted from existence.
