Would it be possible to create a version of this vehicle to replace the level 3 and 4 police officers in the GTO?
If you are referring to the Modloader version, then I believe there shouldn't be any. Secondly, I don't think it's necessary to simply use vlted to create a replacement version, because now we can modify the refresh types of police cars using vlted to cancel the refresh of COPGTO, thereby allowing this Dark Horse to take its place
