Description
Probably my most radical and experimental track ever. This is an improved version of the 2016 Neon City Bay found here: Need For Speed High Stakes: Downloads/Addons/Mods - Tracks - Neon City Bay | NFSAddons
Please don't say it's unrealistic or psychedelic etc. Yes it is. At least it was never intended to be realistic. It's rather a concept of how far my dreams might take me)
I always wanted Empire City to look bright and modern and not a horror gothic place, to be honest. Inspiration was Bayview from NFSU2 game.
Many textures were from real-time photos taken by me in various parts of the city I live in. AI was improved as well, though there is always space for improvement.
Put the Empire folder in your Data/Tracks, overwrite the files and go have fun with it. Caution: after the first minute your brain will most likely try to depart, but it's ok :)
CREDITS:
1. I have the permission to use skyscrapers from the track "SF no forest version" made by nfsfan83.
2. I have the permission to use skyscrapers and arches from the track Monolithic Studios converted by Ryan T, according to the approval he gave in his readme, for that track.

Are you thinking about changing the track routing? Like I did with “Atlantica Revisited”?
