I've documented the whole Unknown Rotate Values from the replay camera's camera type 0. Probably also corresponds to the other camera types. I don't know where the maximums and minimums are. I don't know if it's possible to place the camera at any degrees. I once tried to move the x axis by a 180 degrees and i failed. But with this information, the replay cameras might be easier to change in the future

Interesting what you found out.
This is still an unknown part of the NFSHS data. I think is not displayed in the correct format in the Replay Camera Tool and T3ED. I suspect that parts behave like the animation data.
I just hope that anybody can do something with this. I still wonder what determines the direction from the x axis without the image being screwed up completely since you can only go within an angle of 90° totally. And even then your image gets screwed up like there's no tomorrow. Maybe this can get fixed with the other parameters, but i don't know
EDIT: Maybe you can rotate the camera object with T3ED's rotate function? Maybe that's it
