Really?...the only '70 Mustangs from Sniper were 429's.
Is this from nfscars?
All explained in the readme :)
Snipers 429 Boss converted to 302 Boss - i like it, cause so far we got a version of this variant by Robert Nixon only from 2001.
The 302 is special, because it is optimised version for track racing (Trans-Am racing series), similar to AAR Cuda.
Yes, the ones from Sniper were Boss 429's. However, MCO also had a Boss 302 which I never found one that existed for Nfs4 so I decided to make one.
The few Boss 302s I came across at nfscars were from scratch, not from MCO.
Good job with this car offroader_X. Damage is restored/preserved fantastic. Really great you put in the work for proper vidwalls and showcase, thats appreciated. Textures and details (especially the underside) look great, mostly.
But of all things the Boss label is blurry and pixelated... the dash view has not been centered, almost driving below the road.
Overall a solid release with some rectifiable issues (all resolvable).
Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. I thought about redoing the Boss label but then it would differ quite a bit from the original MCO look. Perhaps in a future release though. At least there was texture room to mirror it (the original MCO texture wasn't).
I'd like to learn about how to center the dashview. Do you raise all the parts manually in Zmodeler?
I think improving on logo font would be worth it. For the dash, yes - you basically move up all parts vertically in object mode. You can move up everything in Zmodeler, so the interior floor is at zero on vertical axis (mb further tweaking from there, but that should be about right)
'interiorfloor at zero'....
That works well. I even managed to do it fcefinish.
The difficulty is you have to move up all other parts with the same factor (0.669 in this case). And don't forget the dummy. Thnx
My comment came to soon.Sorry I didn't yet check the readme.
Dash not centered?.....interesting, because I know how to move the dummie to change the viewpoint of the driver, but when the complete dash is not in correct position I don't know what to do.
I remember having this problem with MCO Dodge Charger dash too.
Just installed it, it's a good car. Fits very good with other mco conversions. It looks much like ground shakers mach1 sportsroof (that car is bigger scaled)
I like the decent performance and enjoyed the showcase/slides.
I saw the spoiler on the back is OS part but not moveable (no option in the late sixties
) Why not make it OT?
This would look good in NFS3
