:) excellent modelling job! i'm not a fan of most american cars, but i know a classic when i see one, and the Thunderbird is hot. it's a pitty the extreme poly count, though... my 3 year-old PC doesn't like 10k+ cars all that much... :(

I have yet to try it, Im at school right now.

But from my excperience it ISNT possible to have 15,000 Poly's in the menu, even without the reflection.

Are you sure thats 14,999 Poly's.

But ill try it when i get home, because it does look fine.

Yeah, I wonder how Tritoch made those menu shots, maybe the mesh wasn't finished at the time?
Amazing detail though, it's even got the bulbs in the headlights modeled... And the dashview is great too.

well It doesnt work in My Menu... so in those pics he must have the opposite side wheels removed or soeting... it's a wonderful mesh, I love it... provides me with more inspiraton to build my 5 Window...
Unfortueanately its unselectable in a car veiwing menu, lie my big poly car, but a GREAT car!!

    10/10 Easy =)

If you ever release another version, it could use some doorlines, whether theyre textured or 3d, it looks a bit odd without them. Thats my only critiqe.

Version 2? Maybe just to fix normals. I really don't want to add 3d door lines (too many polys now). And thiose menu shots were after the car was complete =D
