Hi,

thanks for downloading the BMW 3.0 CSL. The CSL was introduced in 1971. It was based on the BMW 3.0 CS, but had an lighter body and wider tires. The first version had 180 hp, like the CS. Later racing-versions had up to 470 hp. The CSL had been one of the world's most successful Racing-Coupés.

In 1972 the so called "Batmobil" was introduced, it had an huge rear spoiler, fins on the hood and several other aerodynamical additions, this is the car I've created. The later versions had a wider track. The CSL won the European Touringcar-Championship in 1973, 75, 76, 77, 78 and 79.

1039 CSLs were built.

The car features new a new dashboard with visible hood, damage with changing textures at lights, wipers seen from in- and outside view, 3d exhaust pipe, vidwall, edited performance and lots more. It is modeled after a picture (screenshot included), so the proportions should be right

Installation:

-First search for your NFS:HS directory.

-In your NFS:HS directory go to the directory "\data\cars", there you'll find the directories of all cars.

-Create a new directory, called "BCsl", or what you like.

-Extract the car.viv file in this directory.

-Extract the alpi.qfs file in the directory "\data\FeArt\VidWall".
