512x texture for high quality texture mod on VEG patch

256x texture can be used instead by renaming CARGAR.TGA

2962 total combined polygons for compatibility with unpatched game:

• 1584 polygons for high quality model (LOD0)
• 858 polygons for medium quality model (LOD1)
• 508 polygons for low quality model (LOD2)
• 12 polygons for tiny model (collision)

Dashboard was given the radar to bring it to spec

Loading slide included in PSX style, provided by Schnoobler

Use switch.bat inside HCOP folder to alternate between US and AU livery. Rename 40_01.QFS into 40_00.QFS to use the alternate livery on the loading slide

Inside TRAFFIC/PURSUIT/0003 there's a HCOP folder as well, replace 0003/CAR.VIV with that to replace the Falcon with a GTS.

A .PDN template is included for anyone that wants to easily create liveries.
