1987 Porsche 959 S

This modification adds a new car to Need for Speed: Carbon, the new car supports all the basic features of the game.

# About the car:

The Porsche 959 is a sports car manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Porsche from 1986 to 1993, first as a Group B rally car and later as a road legal production car designed to satisfy FIA homologation regulations requiring at least 200 units be produced.

The twin-turbocharged 959 was the world's fastest street-legal production car when introduced, achieving a top speed of 317 km/h, with some variants even capable of achieving 339 km/h.

Combining race-car performance with luxury-sedan comfort and everyday drivability in dry, wet and snowy conditions, it was considered the most technologically advanced road car of its time.

The 959 S appears in Need for Speed: Unbound as part of the Volume 8: "Cops vs Racers" update released on August 22, 2024, following its reveal via official Need for Speed social media accounts on August 19, 2024.

# To install the mod you will need:

- Binary 2.8.3

- NFS Carbon Unlimiter

- NFS-VltEd 4.6

# Installation instructions:

## Addon:

- Use NFS-VltEd programe to install the modifications.

- Run Binary 2.8.3 as an administrator, select "Modder Mod" and creat new launcher then load it.

- In the main menu select "Import Node" to add the new files.

- Check the installed files and make sure the "959S" file is present.

- Save the changes and run the game. Start a new career and you will be able to find the additional car in the car list.

## Replace:

- Use NFS-VltEd programe to install the modifications.

- Save the changes and run the game and you will be able to find the replaced car.

# Notes:

- Make a backup copy of your game files before starting the installation.

- The additional car works perfectly but may experience some minor issues.
