  I'm gonna guess (since going further back there seems to be no pics) that the site started 8-21-2002 and this was the VERY FIRST SOTD.

  And brand new Fivespeed's addon over here these days. 17 years passed. Oh well, time's running really fast.

  Heh, I didn't think anyone would search back that far, but yeah, Mike re-introduced the SOTD in August of '02, after the restart of NFSGarage in the beginning of that same year.

  I sent in 3 or so screens to start off (For some reason the database got confused and lists Capt_spaghetti as the author, not that it mattters) IT wasn't possible to rate or comment on SOTDs back then, that came a few years later, I think.
