To be staff on any site is great honor, and only the owners and current staff should be allowed to choose who joins. Asking to be staff is like asking to screw around with your friend's wife; it's just wrong. This thread is irrelevant and doesn't matter, because no a poll doesn't show what the person is like. Nor does it show anything about them.

Popularity is not the key element; personality is.
