I have an idea.......

I have an idea.....I already said that didn't I?  heh...ok....onto the idea.

I have an idea for a fantasy/concept car to make for NFS4, and MW, and then hopefulyl converted to NFS5 and 3, but I'd mostly like to se it for 4, 5 and MW.  The problem is that I have this idea reattling around in my head, I am unskilled at the programs to make the cars and I have little to no artistic skills in drawing/painting/3d modelling or the like, so in this light, I though I'd ask for help in this endeavour.  If any car modellers here would like to work with me in this car design and car making thing, just post here.  I have come up with ideas for hwo some of the car parts and stuff should look like; I spent a few hours just mulling the look of the car around in my head.  Here are some of my ideas:

I would like this to be able to be used in career mode for NFS HS so in that light I have tried to make some upgrades where I could think of something; feel free to add ideas or to critique mine.

Overall Car Design:  I spent a whil;e looking at some Jetta and Passats and Ford Fusions today....I thought that this concept car should be a mashing of them together sorta....but as a four seat coupe.  The overall body however should have a slightly longer wheelbase, a wider stance, and though it has the same ride height, I would like to see the roofline dropped a few inches, maybe 2 or 3.  Also it should be more streamlined looking yet angular where it deems fit.

Chassis/Drivetrain:  I am aiming at this being a low B class in nfs3 or a high B or low A in NFS4 so top speed overall should be aimed to be 140mph or a little higher, not something nuts.  I feel that there are far too few really good, decent polycount cars for nfs4 out there.  I would also like it to be full time AWD and mid engined if possible, though I am not sure if AWD and mid engine works together, so front engine is good too.  I just thought that the weight balance would be unigue for a mid size 2 door/4 seat coupe in this configuration.

EDIT: I realzed something tonight...I made an error in the 4 seat copupe/midengine idea....won't work cause the seats would be on the motor...maybe a rear engine or maybe front....whatever works is fine with me.

Stock car: 2l+ 4cyl (2.8L maybe??) with 4 spd Auto  or 4 spd man transmission
Upgrade 1: LE model:same engine with a close ratio cersion of the 4spd auto or 4 spd man transmission and a lightened flywheel
Up 2: GT model: 3.8L 6 cyl with 5 spd auto/5spd man,
Up 3: GTS model: 3.8L 6 cyl bored and stroked to be 4.?? L afterwards, supercharged with a 6spd auto/6spd man.

I was thinking 145hp for the stock model, 160 for the LE, 185 for the GT,  and 240 for the GTS (this can be altered again by ingame tunign or for the case of NFS5, whatever parts anyone wants to add in the parts to buy for the car, like upgradeed exhaust.  (If soemone does make it for nfs5, can a version be made form a stock car....my vid card is crap and can't run anything other than miodded game crs, no scratch made one....grrrrr...

Hood/Body/Tires and Rims
Hood: Stock: Looks sorta like a mismash fo the fusion and Jetta hoods.
Up1: Carbon Fibre
Up2: Single bay hood scoop, fairly low profile
Up3: Wide somewhat shortbodied ram air scoop divided by a septum-like thing between them, (think like the dodge challengers hood scoops if the were shorter and right beside each other, liek as one unit).

Body: Just sorta like a mishmash of the car bodies, feel free to use your artistc licence and judgement here.  I do have some ideas though...

Each upgrade should have more added body stylings, like chrome, or badging to fit the model names adn the liek.  Also on the top GTS model, a scalloped detail, like the door of the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, though much less defined and smaller in stature would be neat on the doors.  Pinstriping and or racing stripes and or two-tone paint are good options too.

Headlights:  Stock: Dual headlights with dual bulbs, both lights are high or low beam.
Up1. Leds
Up2: Added supplemental lights on the bumper.
Up3: 4 lights on the bumper: Two in close to the centre of the bumper, two towards the ends of the bumper.  Extra bright LED headlights, maybe blue tinged to cut fog.

Taillights
Same ideas as headlights....just surprise me.  lol

Tires:
Stock: 15" radials and stock looking rims
Up1: 16" radials, wider tread width, stock rims
Up2: 16" radial. same width as last time, more agressive tread pattern
up2: 17" High Performance Radials, either chrome or mag alloy rims with a cool rim style....whatever is fine with all of you.  and as wide as possible tread width.

Spoiler:
Stock: None
Up1: none
Up2: Low profile spoiler, like from a low end sports car
Up3: Moving, speed actualed spoiler, if possible, if not an really cool, not to ricey one.  Not too big either.

Paint colours: (lemme know if you have and others in mind)
Colour name           Colour explanation

I just want to notice that taillights is nice when glowing bright yellow. (even if they have red plastic)
Talking about NFS4s BMWm3. They glowing orange by the axies of glowing cyrcle, staying yellow in center of every taillight. So it is make FIRE effect on dark and night tracks.

i'll give my mod opinions! :D

edit: i'll give your post a through read tmr (got homework now), and i'll do some suggestions... hehe :p

OK guys no prob, and thx.  As for the taillights....I was thinking LED's with the reverse light in the centre....pretty bland huh?  But maybe with the turn signals in there too...like the outer ring of the light, say covering 30 percent of the light is the brake/tailight, 30% is the turn signal and the bullseye of it, being 30% also is the reverse light.....just a thought.

Geminiyo

Its pretty "lovely" idea :(( specialy for the game that simulating hardcore arcade of usual driver skills, handing, earthing or maybe imagination of real world of young street race game style (reverse light and turn lights)...nfs4...simply b/c in sport driving of course u dont have turn "turn lights" On. If any bustard will say - i love "turn lights in ahead 29's car - just shot him.

take a look at this shiny video http://youtube.com/watch?v=0PaNkxqLRN8 do i wrong? is that miracle a Ford cars ? just nice video thats all. Btw at begining a large view on headlights.

The engine ideas are great.  thogh a single turbo or supercharger will likely be good.    The hood scoop on the top end should still be not too high, in this I mean not to high above the hood.  I wan't this to be a bit of a sleeper car till he burns your ass of the starting line...LOL.

The body ideas....not bad.  Headlights...spot on.  Taillights, the TT ones would be best IMO.  Spoilers......really nice.

I liek the addition of the 7spd transmission.  SSSWEET!!!  And the hood idea kicks ass though maybe a bit flatter than the volvo one....though still with some angular lines to it....and some kinda body kit, butnot one like some veilside pos.....though they are nice I don't wanna make this thing ricey....mroe of a sleeper blitz coupe......HEH.

Ok since this has run it's course in a way, I am gonna give this car idea to one or more designers who want to try and make it a reality in NFSHS for a start.  I would but I really haven't the artistic skill, or the pc power, so it's open for anyone to try.  Just post here with your intentions; all i really want out of it is a bit of the credit, that's it.

;) just do a track buck?
Let's have a better day...?

Again my artistic kills amount to 0.  Poetry I can handle, art, not really so well.
