Track Mixer?

Well, when I was browsing around NFSCars I saw this thread and saw members talking about the amount of tracks they had loaded into the NFSHS track mixer, I'd like to know where I could find it. thanks in advance.

You can download it stand alone, but i prefer download stock pack or expansion pack.

Hi i know this might be off Topic some.
But the Official for EP What i want ask is if i Uninstall my NFS`4
And then reinstall it is the EP all i need to get the Game working well? on my XP Home Ed? Like all cars Tracks etc? what Game Ver. will that Load on there? Because i need to do this if im ever going to Play Online if i ever do. Because i have this Ver. 4.70 that unBtable knows about i have Installed now it must came from some Patch i used i think it was Called: Total Patch? that gave me this Ver. i have now. So can we use Modded Tracks online but what not Cars? I just want know if the EP Talked about  will come with No CD Hack,To play the Game? and other options,Like High Poly Menu,and other stuff all in one.

Here's whats in the Expansion Pack:
NFS HS Mixer. You can use this to 'add' tracks to your game, and never have to overwrite another one. Latest version also has a car manager, so once you get your car serial numbers straight you can switch car 'lists' almost as easily as your tracks. Need this if you want to use EP cars and tracks online through IPLounge.
EP Addon Tracks Requires the mixer for importing them.
EP Addon Cars Don't really need the mixer to install this, but you will need the mixer to play with these cars online.
Fun-Addon Cars A few extra cars that won't be scored on the scoring system. (eg. Titanic). These are entirely optional.

Everything below is included in the SP as well:

IPLounge (beta 75f) Needed to play online with the main community and to score races on HOSS. Not necessary for regular TCP/IP racing.
WinPCap (Various versions for XP vs Vista) Used by IPLounge to capture race stats in order to send them to HOSS.

HS patches:
EA's 4.50 Patch Needed for online play through IPLounge, otherwise you just need matching versions.
No collision OR No collision and NoCD No collision is needed for online play, no cd is optional.
Menu patches Adds options to pitoptions menu and includes the high-poly menu patch.
1 MB error patch A good idea for anybody using XP and vista
All cars and tracks Unlocks all the cars and tracks
Various graphic options New HS 3d setup with extra DLL's, or you can use a glide wrapper if you want instead.
Vista Tweaks Some extra things to help out with Vista. The latest version of the EP/SP has more of these.

I have this, or a slightly older version anyways and I couldn't get it to work....how do you get it to work like it should?
