Search for any ZModeler tutorials & make a car first. Then download nfsmw-modtools & then you can put it in NFS:MW. Zmodeler is a tool for making cars. You can also use many others like CarCad, 3ds Max but ultimately  you will have to bring your car to ZModeler since ZModeler is the base tool for NFS cars & all NFS car plugins are related to ZModeler.
