Other games besides NFS

It sure as hell ain't grand  that's for sure!  Give it a year or so and maybe it'll get better....maybe.  If I had the cash and/or the opportunity to upgrade to a better/new computer, XP would be my choice.  

Anyone here ever play Cave Story?  It is a very well done, and I mean extremely well done old style side scroller for the PC.  Very fun, addictive and challenging!

I got both Age of Empires III expansion packs (War Cheifs and Asian Dynasties) with a Best Buy gift card I got for Christmas and I must say I am enjoying both of them a lot.  I've mainly been focusing in on the War Cheifs where you can play as different Native American tribes, where as in the regular AoEIII you can only make allies with them.  

But my favorite Age Of game is definitely still Age of Mythology, which I have The Titans expansion pack for.

Told you Juiced 2 was fun... Only prob is that the vinyls come out very blur when I try to add them to a car. I think its got to do with the fact that my com isn't nearly good enough to run the game at a decent speed

you know that Vista give a sort of grade to PC's to measure its performance ? my PC's grade is 4,2 . To play this game you need a "3" PC at least , and a "5" PC is recommended. That means I'm almost close to the recommended performance. So I tried the game out at full resolution and video options.
The frames speed cammed down to about 1.5 FPS and the reaction time was about 2 seconds.
Driving in those condition wasn't hard , it was impossible. Trying to point the car in the right direction was hard. :eek3:
so for all that lag what do I get ? nextgen graphics , except for those damn vinyls ! I guess theres a glitch or something in the PC version
BTW , Juiced 2 lags even at the lowest video settings , aka Vista sucks :p

The 'eye candy' things are rubbish. I tried it and my XP got screwed up.



EDIT: THOS and rapzeh, take a look at this link. It should be a good enough guide to dualboot Vista and XP. However you need both the XP and Vista installation CDs. :p
