Edit AI Lines?

Can anyone help me with how to edit the AI driving lines, especially the center line? I have HT2 v3.0 by Twister86, and the center line runs right through a cliff just past the arch thingys across the river, so if you reset you're stuck inside the cliff. I want to move the line back into the road so that the AI don't just sit there forever, but I don't know how to move the lines. Help?

Oh, BTW, what's the latest version of T3ED? I have T3ED Plus dev. 3, but is there something newer?
