I am done with my memory card... plz help

hello guys,
i have got a problem in my meory card of cell phone.

Cell Phone: Motorola V3i
Card: 512 MB

Now the problem i am facing is that there is some sort of virus in there. Total space if 512MB but it is showing that space is 64GB. There are a lot of unidenifiable folders named very strangely which i cant open or delete.

I cannot format the card. Whiel quick format, it dont even try to run, while full format, in the end, it says "The format cannort be completed"

I tried to run Scandisk on card but in the middle it says, "scandisk cannot be completed"

Whenever i try to delete anything, like image or any song in the card, it deletes it but when i again conects the card to somputer, nothing is delete at all.

Same thing happens when i try to copy anything in the card.

I tried to delete the files using my cell phone, it says the files deleted but again nothing is deleted.

When i take any picture and use card as storage device, it says "insufficent space" (there is stil 200Mb space in card) but i can save the images in phone.

I tried to format the card by directly connecting phone to pc and then card using card reader, but all in vain, the errors are the same.

The copy efficency of card has gone very very slow, it copies a song of 35Mb in 5 minutes. but it is actually not copied.

I scanned whole card using Mcaffee antivirus and Avira Antivirus but they dont put out any virus.

I used different PCs for format purposes but errors are still the same.

these are all the symptoms, so plz tell what should i do now?

maybe it's dying? how old is it?

Just buy a new card, you're wasting more time & effort asking here than it would if you just went to the shop you bought your phone at and got a new card.

yeah i just got to know it... its boot sector is destroyed by some blloody virus...... thx for the precious idea btw... LOL
