Track needs fixing, Help (NFS4)

Hi all. I was looking at Vertigo ridge (All the different versions) and I noticed a problem that ran through all of them. When you be the cop, and sometimes the racer, the traffic cops are no help, or don't try to arrest you. They just blow right by, lights and siren and all, but don't turn around to help/chase or anything. Now, my favorite of the millions of versions is this one, because of the cool weather configs, and I've left my thoughts there, but in order to get it fixed I figured I'd bring it here.

If anyone can fix the specified bugs, can you please do so? It an awesome track, but it keeps driving me mad. So far none of the versions I've found have been fixed, so yeah, If you can fix it, thanx.

P.S. I've heard that it works in the Route Adonf slot, but I like the Adonf track I have right now (Adonf d`Or by Sergi with weather/sky from Lunarade's Auvergne) and would prefer not to have to remove it. Same deal for Snowy Ridge.

I think it needs to have the AI line edited or something....
Whatever it is, it probably can't be done with T3ED. Only way might be to manually edit the file yourself.

The only way I know of editing the tracks is in T3ED. How else to fix it? You have different Program?
