Author-list and comment-editing

Just two suggestions I'd like to make:

1. As the author-list is back, it would be nice if it was accessible through a link on the left side where you find the download categories for an NFS part. Otherwise it's a bit complicated to access that list.

2. It would be nice if comments you made were editable. Avoids double-commenting.
