Attachments now live!

Attachments are now live on the forums. There is still some work to be done (like making a preview thumbnail), but .txt, .gif and .jpg should be working smoothly, up to 500KB in size. Anything bigger than that won't be attached.

OK. I have uploaded a txt which contains car hex codes of NFS Carbon. Just 2 test.

EDIT. IT works fine.
