wow Revver, thats quite a few cars, it seems more like a list of the most popular cars from a bunch of manufacturers rather that your personal favourites....

as for me-
its tough to rank these cars so ill just give them to you in no particular order

lamborghini is a great company and nothing captures the essance of them better than the original lamboghini muira in 1966, also i think they got it right with the diablo(the 1996 SV being my favourite version).
the porsche 911 is one of the most pure sportscars that i have always loved, brilliant engineering, style, handling,  and all that performance from a 6-cylender engine. Im very glad they switched back to the round headlights with the 997, it looks so much nicer than those ugly 'teardrop' lights that we've all gotten used to.
also the racers such as the 917 and 906 are great
the aston martin DB4/DB5- nothin much to say, just pure classics
the great american sportscar - the corvette, favourite years - '57, '63, '68-69, '97-'04
i have never been a big fan of ferarri(more of a lambo guy) but i really like the brute F40,
triumph TR6, lotus/caterham 7, jag XK-E, Spyker C8, Datsun 240Z, mercedes-benz 300SL (both gullwing and roadster version), DMC DeLorean!!, BMW 507, BMW 2002, lotus esprit, DeTomaso pantera...
i could go on and on talking about lots more muscle cars and classics but ill just leave it at that.

My absolute favorite car is (who would expect it?) the Jaguar XJ220. It's simply the most beautiful car I can think of.
Second may be the Italdesign Calá. Just remember the NFS2(:SE) intro .
