Why does the Pursuit Diablo car reach a speed of 98 km/h when driven by the computer in night driving mode?

NPC pursuit cars use a specified code for them to work in this game. There's 1 specific aspect where their top speed is significantly limited when they break their headlights at night. But JimDiabolo fixed that. You can download that fix under my Delta Patches. Also make sure you're always having the madland cheat enabled. There's also a Delta Patch for this in my Gameplay/Physics modifications
