NFS5-NFS3 track conversions?

Is it possible to convert the NFS 5 tracks to NFS 3 and if so has anyone done so because the tracks for NFS 5 are cool and would be really cool in NFS 3, which I currently have.

I've never seen an NFS5 track in another game, I don't think so.
