Problems with Unlimiter

 So, I been watching fueled with boost as a guide for NFSMW.  I installed and unzipped the files. After I Admin open Binary. user mode I went to my folder where I saved all the mods for this, and I clicked on _NFSMW-Unlimiter-Part1-Binary.end it asks for a directory to modify but when I clicked on the same folder it says file with path (folders ) could not be found. So I thought I needed to put it in another file but same thing. so I went to open windows desktop run time for net. Core 3.1.32 it shows a repair button so I pushed it thinking maybe something needed to be reset with it that didn't do nothing. So I would just like to know what else it could be and how to fix it. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
