Somebody help me? ...All the colors of a car are in chrome!!! NFSMW 2005

Can someone help me with this: I have a car mod addon installed, but it always looks chrome, no matter what color I paint it, be it gloss, metal or matte.
I want a gloss or metal color, but maybe the problem comes from the materials of the car?

The other problem this car has, is that I can't paint the windows (it just doesn't work)
