I've finally managed to upload the cars i have collected for Need for Speed High Stakes to an online file storage. At the moment, this is all i can do for you. I still plan to upload them one by one on the main page. For the ones who can't wait, this might be the right solution. Here you go:

I have also collected many nfs4 tracks. But it might be that the remaining online space is too less to upload all these. But we will see

I think some might be the same redownloaded multible times, I found one 3X with the same name and it's size is the same. I'm going to try to sort through these in my free time and decipher what is what, Like Pete mentioned to me file names on sites kept changing, My stuff at NFS Police H.Q. is kept simple, Rather than silly file names (werloig87yh490.zip),etc. I use plain English like for example: Illinois State Police 1995 Chevy Caprice.zip or it may have got typed IllinoisStatePolice1995ChevyCaprice.zip but either way I try to avoid the complicated file names they often have when I acquire files I use, I rename them based on what they are.

EDIT: I think you can even choose one randomly and then mark them like you would do in the windows explorer so you would get your random one. I'm planning to upload these lost cars just like that. Just randomly. Because they're so much of them, ofcourse there must be about a 1000 duplicates, but hey there are still over 9k to go

bro u wot m8 i don't have a single idea which car has upgrades or not, i just don't want to let those mods die and i mean it's easy to randomly pick a mod and decide for your own if you want to install this car into your game or not. This mega.nz link is for mod collectors mainly. And for modders who can look up the car.viv's with NFS Wizard. I'll probably add a track folder to the online storage with all the tracks i've collected for NFS High Stakes.

I have found a few that are bad (corrupted,etc.) but testing most work fine  . The bad ones were the same ones I tried to get using Archive.Org a while back.

The links at NFSCars are up, but the author did something to the car.viv files that prevents the game from reading them.

This looks like a case for bfut. I wish i could ping him here. I'll ask him if he could take a look at this
