EDIT: I've found some very interesting Dune Buggys with even spoiler parts as turbo shafts, but i couldn't find your 'Murican Buggy :/
EDIT: I've found the Cobra 70 D, but unfortunately there's no .tga for the "01" paint on the side. Anyway the model is the same.

I've given up the search on the Buggy and the 1967 Pontiac GTO with the special paintshop, i've found pretty similiar cars which are also very nice, that's all i can do for now
