How to remove annoying garage smoke

The problem is in the FRONTEND, that is, there is a file that they uploaded that supposedly removes it but the truth does not do anything, the game continues the same. I have modified the textures and the smoke is still there. I need your help on how to get it off the face of NFSMW

Download this mod and only use SmokeRemover. There are steps you can follow in the mod description. I've been using it for 3 years now.
