NFS UG2 - Unique performance parts

Hi all.
For some time I am wondering about how to unlock unique performance parts in Underground 2. I mean that parts which can be won in outrun challenges in free roam. It is obvious that in normal game there is impossible to get them all. I want to find a method to input all unique parts in a car because I am interested in their impact on cars' performance.
In Underground 1, there was possible to get them by save pather so I could check a difference in cars' behaviour. In Most Wanted the "Junkman" parts have got a big impact on performance too (but there is really easy to get all unique parts by code).
But what with Underground 2?
Does somebody know how input unique parts in car? Maybe a save pather or code-line in game files? Or maybe that unique parts are "fake" and in that game there no difference between level 3 cars and cars with unique performance parts?
