NFS Underground 1 Music Importer Error?

Pretty straightforward, every time I install the game (full version by the way), no matter in which folder I have the Music Importer .exe, it´ll always say "Need For Speed Underground is not properly installed on this computer! Anyone know what could be the reason or the fix?
