Anyone know if a replay camera is being worked on or is avaiable for most wanted?

I'd like to make a fan flic in the 'gone in 60 seconds' spirit.

You can get GameCam.
I use it to make my videos.
If I know how do get it online I will show my supervideo.

GameCam, like fraps is not what I'm after..  What I need is a camera that is static and can look behind during replays.  Just like the camera used during the blacklist race intros.
