NFS5 Car conversion help needed.

I successfully brought this car converted to NFS5 from NFS4:HS.(Have a look)

But the problem is when I export the textures in .fsh format from .crp using NFSPUTex & reimport them to .crp after putting original textures, the game crashes and this problem occurs(See screenshot). Why is such a thing happening? Also the original textures are 512 X 512. So I have to resize them to 256 X 256 before putting them back in .fsh. Does this cause problem? What changes do I need to do in the .tpg file?Is there any other program to fix the textures?
