NFS Carbon trainer

Alright, before you guys slam me for wanting to cheat, I just want to make it clear that I want to see what the Pagani Zonda F is like in the game. in other words, I'm just curious.

Alright. I want to ask, is it possible to have the trainer only on one account, while leaving the older ones untouched? And after downloading it, how do I get the trainer to work?

The Zonda F is only avalible in the EA Downloader version which also comes with all performance upgrades unlocked and a 1971 Dodge Challenger:((

Start the trainer first, AND DON'T CLOSE IT, then start Carbon...
