Need For Speed III HP's ancient T3ED track editor?

I wanted to know if anybody kept a copy of the T3ED track editor that was resuscitated back earlier in this decade as shown in this  free netflix tech news  thread? His DropBox link is dead and I am not entirely sure if anybody kept T3ED 3.9 (Or which ever newer release, if any) somewhere... Would be awesome if somebody could go ahead and re-upload it or have any information.
