Title is pretty much self explanatory, this is one of the bonus cars from the Playstation version of High Stakes. I was unable to get the original model from the game but did get some textures (that I ended up not using). I decided to give it more 3D details and some higher quality head/tail lights. So don't expect a 100% accurate model, I'm a real rookie when it comes to 3D. :P

Wheels are from Mazda Miata MX5, side mirrors from Ferrari F360 Modena (both by Viper Jay 5).
The model itself is pretty much done. If you have feedback, feel free to post them. :)

Did the adjustments and added a maple leaf logo (it looks like the PS1 model have one). Does it look better now?

Keiiko

oooooh this is awesome 8)

Stifen_DY

That looks pretty cool! Amazing work, DrSpeed! :D

Logo and car looks great. Comparing your PS1 picture and your Zmodeler shot i still think the bumper's middle section (center) could be more rounded. Also the bumper looks thicker (when viewed from top) at the PS1 screen.
If you can't see what i mean, just leave it as is :)  It looks good, great remake.

NFSF1McLaren

damn that's pretty cool. I've always wanted to see this (and the Titan) in the PC version.

DrSpeed

Thank you all for the kind words!  :)
Had a closer look on the model, it does indeed have a rounded bumper, so that's adjusted more. I also shortened the model so the interior is not as long.
The horn and engine sounds are almost done, it'll not sound exactly the same as the PS1 version, but it'll be unique at least.

DrSpeed

Alright, I've been fine tuning it some more and are almost complete. Here is a test version, so you can take a closer look on the model, performance and the texture (and do changes if it's necessary).
If all bodes well, I think it's ready to be released very soon.  ;)

Do we have to compile a car.viv? The download contains car.fce, carp.txt, car00.tga and fedata.eng

DrSpeed

Sure thing, here it is.

o.k. now. The car and his color combinations is something else but not my taste.I think it needs bigger rear wheels. The back reminds of a Bugatti EB110 b.t.w.

Good job bringing it to the game anyway.

MADMAN_nfs

Looks way better than the default PC bonus car (El Nino/La Nina) imo. With these martial fin/antenna on the roof the Phantom always reminded of the "Eagle" from the first Carmageddon game.
The wheels are accurately modeled according to the original template from the PS1...
Normals and damage model look very good.

Good job on recreating this car!  :)
I think you can release her.

DrSpeed

I think I'm about done with the car, I've attached screenshots of the final look.  :)

I think I'll replace La Niña with Phantom honestly, just gonna need to make a pursuit version of it as well (which I'll do when this car is released).  :police:

Here's a fun fact: the PS1 sound files refers Phantom as a Honda.
