Have a question folks .. found this again on my HDD by chance .. do you like the older '99-'04 Mustang GT as well? I must admit I never liked it that much since it was one of the most modded cars in HP2 but just to ask .. made this from an SVT Mustang Cobra base and another Police texture from a Pursuit GT Mustang forgot of whom in both cases

hi Bud, yeah i like this car way it looks, its just the Screeny looks so pixalated on here  so No offence OK
Anyway, what a saturday huh?  yes, i guess i seen this car much Frank modded like you said.

Oh, I did not...       I just said we had a Long, week.of Snow Storms was Real Ruff to...Ugh.
Glad it stopped, for two days now amazing so far.

Uh see now what u mean yeah textured decal is bit pixelated .. agreed not the best one but mapped the door boundaries bit better sharper already and some better lightbar texture than default was also but is quite a simple bar the car came with then ..

See that's what I wanted to ask you folks forgot .. my age .. any suggestions for better lightbar then? Whelen, LED, Vector or what?

Your lightbar looks ok to me, Is it the one from the Hatchback cop? Or a OLD car of Nils.

yeah must be kinda, wanted to keep polyload low back then, also simplified the wheels and rims to 2½D therefor ..

Found out now who made the base car, it's Robert aka Nikkon's Mustang SVT Cobra but I cannot remember where the Police texture came from .. it is NOT a converted HP2 car Nikkon did so I liked that somehow better ..

It is more a coincidence that I made a Pursuit car of it, his provided .tga was encryted so I had to do all reworks to the base car as a convertible and all other refinements blind, then later I found a Police version that used the same texture assignments so I made also a Police version of Nikkon's car ...

Don't even know if he's still active, I only have an old email adress from readme ..

Oops .. seems I've forgotten to attach the test car file of that Police Mustang GT .. again .. why's no-one reminded me huh? I'm not getting younger also folks ... so here it is then ..

Is serial #20 for uhm ... Coastal and such ..

It is using the default Firebird sounds this time but for filesize reasons I deleted .. you meanwhile know which .. drag 'em over from default Pontiac FB or exchange if you will by new Chally sounds, as you wish ..

Do serial numbers actually matter? I know if 2 are the same it can cause a conflict but if you change all the serial numbers in the game to diffrent does it matter which is which, Like if you were to go to each car..Start with 1 and work your way down in order vs how the game numbered most.

That's the SN for the Pursuit Camaro. Serial numbers matter more for the pursuit cars since the game picks some AI cop cars via SN

.. not to forget but .. if you save a game and want to look at replays NFS confuses cars if they have the same serial number .. or if you change cars in the meantime the saved replay woudn't work since other car data on same serial number makes 'em crash into walls or such .. LOL
