Max (BrabusAMG) from NFS Police H.Q. to whom I'm in close contact with brought me on an idea to update some older cars of mine like this '83 Ford LTD CV (old RCMP livery) for an update on my new CV base (old DodgeBoy bases I had reworked then by and by)

... there's also a TDPS LTD CV among others I had made, but this one, the RCMP LTD CV is one of my favourites for a possible recent upload .. funny thing is, that even with higher poly wheels it has a less polyload than my initial version had ..

3rd pic is that already mentioned Texan LTD I also did ages ago, but that has to be rewoked to my new LTD CV base still ..

If you don't know by now, this is what I'm speaking of (4th pic ..)

And then there's also my reworked version of the LTD CV's little brother, the fox-based LTD II (preview pic of a custom made 'Sheriff's vehicle' variant - in the background ..), also a well-known DodgeBoy car

Those are nice old 'square cars' if you like that kind of cars .. what do you think of it?

All updated versions will have 16-sided (or 'sectors' if you will..) custom made heavy-duty Steel rim wheels btw ..

@_WiLL_: That's ADR's Plymouth Duster 340, slighty reworked by me long ago, but yeah, the Dodge Demon was very similar indeed and had been launched as a response on the very successfull Duster

Nice, Did Max give you his Dominion lights and lightbar too or did you make those by modding existing parts from other cars?

I looked for pictures from Internet depicting Canadian copcars with those Dominion lightbars and the one on that '90s Ford base was the closest I could find, I tried to model it after that with alley lights and stuff ..

The speaker is from my LAPD Fury (which is soon to come as soon as I have reworked all the Fury cruisers to the updated Fury base what may happen within yet even this century , but the speaker on the Dominion is a bit smaller it seems so I downscaled it.

I also made a reworked lightbar once for the Sureté du Québec Caravelle by VooDooOperator but I didn't know then that those Canadian lightbars are different from U.S. ones ..

Speaking of the Fury, how would you like a completely different car that, as far as I know hasn't been made yet (does it?), the '78 Nevada HP Fury slicktop cruiser .. just an idea since the Fury has become so well like I never thought it would ..

Nevada Highway Patrol fury would be nice . You know it was so STUPID of Chrysler to end Plymouth. I very well believe had things gone just a bit diffrent in history we might be calling what is now a Dodge Charger the Gran Fury or Diplomat, I do think it likely would have had the same Charger design and all but diffrent name had these names carried over longer.

Thanks Paul .. the NVHP Fury is something that is as said already breeding a bit longer in my mind ... say, were you upset if I also did a new version of a 'Sûreté du Québec' Fury ...?



It is also such a pretty, and I'm planning to do it with a completely new and scratch made Dietz 7-11 central red beacon light with also a somewhat lowpoly interior and 'rotating light' dummies illusion ....

I only wish I had an idea of the correct lighting scheme of those smaller outer flashing beacons ... were they changing 'inner-to-outer' or just 'left-to-right' ....

No I don't mind, Gohead and make it, I used a VERY fast pattern on the small strobe lights as there is as of yet NO way to accurately strobe lights in the game..Only make simulated rotating lights, For accurate strobes you'd need a double flash left double flash right and I see no way to yet..Maybe you'll find it? . Looking again at that pic, I noticed something I left off mine, Probably a good thing too though, Notice the car is not only eqquiped with the strobes but also small lolipop flashers . Merde! The Surete has a fettish for lights it seems..They just can't get enough . Big gumball in the center, 2 small strobes on each side of it,and lolipop lights mounted hap hazard half on the left and half on the right . XD.Wow, I bet the ran through batteries quick with this setup and blew fuses left and right too . No way we can light every light on this bar in the game.

I use '1er' values as it can also be seen on some Whelen Edges I've modified, I also use it with modern front LED flashers and such .. it's an alternating pattern with for example 'SBYO110' and 'SRYO111' .. here is an example of it, it is a modified traffic 'Hometown PD' Charger ... using 2er values on the lightbar and 1er values for the frontal flashers ... works at least on my machine ..

Btw can I use your 7-11 as a base perhaps? It's somehow easier than starting from zero and generating cylinders and stuff from very beginning, modifiying them and such and I still got so much work to do, damn .. but it was ok for me if not ..

My dang Cell phone, isn't allowing,  me to get your zip files, off so I can install your Mods,:( Damn,phone I got, says I don't have Permission,  its WinZip for Android, to move my Internal files from, SD card, to put them, on my External SD card so I can look at your works it won't let me.. I can't find, any So called, Permissions, tab to allow me to get these zip files.. it's always, something now days ( what program can App, I use to get your car files... I can't afford Isp'"' at my place.. now days.

Sure, As for the 7-11 I used a steady but somewhat reasonable speed on it to simulate a slow rotator as these lights turned very slow, I think the timer is set to 6 if I'm not mistaken, I'll check the car when I get home and give you complete light setup on it. I'll also have a look at that Charger when I get home..Looks nice. From Nils's base I assume.

I also just realized something, Looking closer at that pic, The lolipop lights are NOT mounted to the Fury, That's another police car parked beside it . Looks to be about a 1976 Chevy Nova which there is a great base by a fellow on NFS Cars we can use to make that car as well by stretching the body and making it a 4 door, He calls the car Chuckie by the way. Anyhow I'd say you might as well download the car too as you'll need the TGA to make one and I have that exact decal on the doors as well. I made it by modifying the current emblem to that scheme and inverting the colors on it to match that.
