Finally,
after 30 years the post-apocalyptic Mad Max series is revived - by none other than Director George Miller himself.
Mad Max 4 'Fury Road' starts in cinemas on May 14th.

As little 'appetizer' you can download the famous Mack rig from the 2nd Mad Max movie for Need For Speed High Stakes soon... 

The truck is not meant to be an 1:1 replica of the original - I tried to include much details as possible, though 
Since I'm not an experienced modeler I did not build this from scratch.
Everything is based on BeniC's 'Road Train' (Western Star truck). I have permission to modify his truck - so thanks again BeniC.
The Road Warrior Truck features damage, custom sound, custom performance and a modified cockpit view to fit its new appearence. Due to the custom sound files it will be neccessary to operate the game in stereo mode or delete all bnk-files from the viv-file.
The archive will also include vidwalls, a full showcase with pictures and data of the actual Mack used in the movie.

Great post, so a new movietruck is coming to nfs4. It will fit well on outback tracks together with baardk's Mack Convoy truck and ADR's ''the outlaw''.

Hey, yeah thats definitly a desert vehicle
Its really fun driving trucks in NFS4 for a change, especially in pursuit mode.

The first Mad Max movie was released in 1979 and was the great breakthrough for the young Mel Gibson acting as "Mad" Max Rockatansky. He kept playing that role in the 2 successors which were released in 1981 and 1985.
In the upcoming Mad Max 4 movie, which probably will be some sort of reboot, Tom Hardy will play the role of Max.
