Stupid Hassels...?

Ok on my Windows 7 Pro. its not letting,me back up my Track
Works what i mean,is inside propertys,it doesn't say
Read only, no chk in box i know this 
So whwn after few hours of work i want back it up Rite...
But Noooo. it won't let me! i click copy an go to paste
an it won't paste at all paste is all Grayed Out!
Goofy huh.. says i don't have permission,to do this.
i try to figure out the Damn... thing,but won't let me.
paste nothing . no good. I try saying I'm the Owner etc.
what do i do in propertys with this? Thx :/

Right click on NFSHS folder > Properties > Security > Edit > choose your username and click "Total Control" > hit OK
