HS question

I replaced a cop car with a non race car in my highstake game.This has been a while since i done this but i do get a crash error after 5 or 6 races most of the time by replacing the cop like that will that causes that error?  :dunno: this is the error i get

did you set the "pursuit" propierty to "yes" in the fedata file, in NFSWizard? maybe thats what is missing.

I just simply replace the porche 911 cop car didn't do anything else beside that.Maybe i just should replace the car i put in there with another cop car would this fix the problem.

Porsche Cop car comes in some tracks. If you would have replaced it, make sure the one you are replacing, its Fedata is the same. Only change the car name.

What exactly did you do to replace it? Replace the whole car.viv? In case of the PP91, make sure your replacement has the very same serial-number in all the FEDATA files and the CARP.TXT. Changing its four-character-ID to PP91 may help, too.

Ok Just a simple explanation. You will need NFS Wizard. Now open car.viv inside PP91. Delete its car.fce & car00.tga. Now open the car.viv of the vehicle which you want to replace. Just drag & drop its car.fce & car00.tga to car.viv of PP91. Then open FEDATA.ENG of PP91's car.viv & change the car name. Dont modify anything else. Do the same with other FEDATA files. Then save & run the game. It should work.
