Bought myself my first house :bigthumb: Haven't moved in yet, but my fiancee and I (with the help of my parents) have been doing a lot of work down there.

I'll update the thread as more things get completed if anyone is interested. Painted the bedrooms and ripped up a house worth of ugly laminate floor already. Carpet goes in the bedrooms this Monday, then new wood on some of the floors next Friday :bigthumb:

My InLaws wont Co-sign for me nothen,and its BS even with my Wheel chair wife.
Looks like alot Hard work youve done so far Looks nicer.
I wished i could even get a Place like, that but we dont make enough $$ :{
Way it is for us. I would left the back yard Way it was for More, Privacy unless some one Complained about the Bushs, it? Is that a 2 Bed Rm Home?
Do you have a Basement at all? I Like how you made more space in the Kitchen

umm,Maybe you could take down that old style light hanging
in Kitchen? For a Ceiling Fan maybe.
I Like the Garage,is nice to have put your NinJa in there mike
after your repairs are caught up?
Mines just in TDU lol. yeah, a small Garden in back yard would be cool.
Can you Grow Orange Tree's where you live, have one in the back yard?

Thanks It was tough parting with the money for the down payment because we had been saving for it for a while, but it's going to good use. The backyard is actually really private already. We can only see one window of our neighbors, and it' partially covered by a big tree which isn't seen in the pics (I'll take a pic next time I'm down there).  

Good call on that kitchen light... we're going to replace it for sure. But it's the only source of light in there right now, so we left it up :p It's 3 bedrooms... no basement (Don't get basements out here in California). The neighbours have a Lemon tree that hangs over, so free lemonade for anyone that comes to visit
