In case you are talking about Underground 1 / 2, you may have forgotten to install the car configuration files.

I Need Help. Some cars i downloaded don't work in nfs hs Like one of the lamborghini mucielagos. I select the car The click and then when it's done loading, it quits to the desktop with an Exception Caught Error.Help Please:((

likely the issue is either the car happens to have too high a ploy level or the serial number of the added car is the same as one you have installed already.  Change the serial number if that is the case
